CHRISTMAS PARTY 2025

We had our Chtistmas Party on 11 December 2025, instead of our exercise class.

The party had us all wearing our Christmas Jumpers, playing a few games and partaking of a mince pie (or two).   But more importantly we donated all our subscription to the Newark Children’s Bereavement Centre and raised a massive £90 for their funds.

CHRISTMAS PARTY 2023

We held our Christmas Party in the Village Hall on Thursday 14th December.    We are now taking a break for the Christmas Period, and will be starting back on Thursday 11th January 2024.     A Merry Christmas to all our members.   See you all again next year.    Here are a few photographs at our party.

F-ABS THURSDAY CHRISTMAS PARTY

22 December 2022 was the last meeting of our exercise group before Christmas.   We decided to have half an hour of exercise followed by half an hour of social time including a Quiz, Mulled Wine and Mince Pies.    Our group re-starts on Thursday 12th January 2023, at 2.00 pm.

 

There are currently about 15 members of our chair based keep fit exercise class who come along every week.

We pay £3.00 per session and you can do as much or as little as you wish.    Here are a few photos of our members in action:
